Senior Backend Engineer (Go) · Paris
I build the backend behind hotel bookings and payments.
Five years in fintech and travel tech: payments, consumer lending and a hotel booking platform with over a million users a month. I own features end to end, from shaping the requirements and writing the technical design to the release. Based in Paris.

Selected work
What I built, and what changed
Six cases from a hotel booking platform (2025 to now) and a payments company (2022 to 2025). Each one says what the problem was, what I did myself, and what was different after.
How I work
Three habits you will see in the cases
Every case above went through the same loop, and I owned all of it: shaping the requirements with the business, writing the technical design, splitting the work into a plan, building the backend and leading the feature to the user.
Small steps that ship
The booking module moved behind its contract in 14 merge requests. Each one left production working.
No manual fix twice
If an engineer edits the database by hand today, tomorrow it is an audited action in the admin panel.
Requirements from the people with the problem
Relocations and support exports were shaped with the support team before the first line of code. Partner fixes were agreed with the partners' teams directly.
